The boutique label is going all-in on 4K UHD and the first wave of titles is genuinely impressive. Starting with Mulholland Drive, Citizen Kane, and Do the Right Thing, Criterion is bringing their legendary attention to detail to the 4K format. Each release features new restorations supervised by the filmmakers or their estates, Dolby Vision HDR grading, and the same comprehensive supplements Criterion is known for. The packaging maintains the signature clear cases but now includes a 4K disc alongside the standard Blu-ray.
